Customer Service Representative (full time)
Steinhauser is a growing packaging solutions printer serving Food & Beverage and Health & Beauty markets. Our mission is to enhance brands and exceed customer expectations through a seamless experience from concept to shelf. This customer facing position is crucial to our customer experience and requires an organized and detail-oriented person who loves working with people, both internally and externally. An ability to understand workflows, processes and also coordinate all details of a job from order to delivery is required. Some other skills include:

  • Time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage priorities
  • Understanding of brand colors and consistency
  • Planning & organization
  • Printing industry knowledge is a plus but not required

Customer Service/Sales/Marketing Intern
Do you want to learn more about the full customer life cycle? Steinhauser is a growing packaging solutions printer serving Food & Beverage and Health & Beauty markets. Our mission is to enhance brands and exceed customer expectations through a seamless experience from concept to shelf. We are offering a paid internship during the summer of 2013 for a detail-oriented person to learn about all aspects of our printing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in planning and organizing customer orders
  • Producing color standards for customers
  • Researching sales leads
  • Assist in marketing efforts
  • Review orders for accuracy

Press Operator – 2nd Shift (full time)

Press Helper – 2nd Shift (full time)

Printing Equipment Operator – 1st Shift (full time)
